Mindfulness and Addictions

Many healers in this area do Mindfulness-friendly psychotherapy, including me.  Mindfulness meditation seems to help most everything go along better.  This link describes ongoing research on addictions and Mindfulness   http://www.rehabs.com/pro-talk-articles/is-mindfulness-an-emerging-treatment-for-addictions/  .

As yet unpublished recent research by Barbara Fredrickson, PhD @ UNC-CH supports measurable increases in cellular and immune system health from daily Loving Kindness meditation.  It’s one of those things that actually works, if you do it.
