Pain Relief — emotional and/or physical

Over at this page -> Pain Management through Breathing, I’ve posted a short video about minimizing and relieving any kind of pain, whether emotional and/or physical.

I’d like my brief talk about pain to offer a simple, strong tool for relief.  And I hope it will help you intuit if we might work well together.  And if I’m not the right healer for you, I’ll be glad to suggest a few other appropriate therapists.
