Self Control — learning self-regulation

I’ve just  commented on Dan Ariely’s blog / recent post ” Wait for another cookie “ clearly details strong  scientific support for teaching one’s self to delay gratification.  This has profound implications for those of us who want to quickly change powerful , undesireable habits of behavior : mind , mouth & heart .
